Spanish Conversation Term 3

  • Overview of the course

    You will extend your knowledge of the Spanish speaking countries and its culture. You will study more complex structures; giving presentations and have discussions on various topics. The emphasis will be on enjoying the language, while maintaining and improving your level. We use many facilities, including interactive whiteboards and virtual learning environment, updated resources online, etc. Highly qualified native teacher will help you to embrace the language experience and to engage in social and cultural events
  • What you'll learn

    This course concentrates on students’ ability to articulate more and more complex thoughts and to understand authentic native language from a variety of enticing sources such as news, articles, papers, books, tv, internet, etc.
    Having a conversational level in Spanish, means that you can interact with others in the language and can hold your own in a conversation. You might not necessarily sound like a native speaker, but you are going to be able to understand what people say to you and will be understood by them.
  • Entry requirements

    Enthusiasm and commitment.
    Good foundation knowledge of Spanish required, at least four year of study.
    Dictionary, An A4 file, dividers, writing papers and pens.
  • How will I be assessed?

    Continuous assessment by role-plays. Listening and Speaking tasks in class and reading and written homework.
    There is no exam.

    If you are a new student please speak to the tutor for a telephone assessment before proceeding to enrol, or send an email.
    With the tutor support and with your commitment to attending classes and doing the home work this course will be successfully!

    All learners will complete an individual learning plan which will be discussed with their tutor throughout the course.
