Mental Health

Our Mental Wellbeing Team provide educational provision for people who experience mental health difficulties; those who support people with mental health difficulties; or, professional courses for people who support others with mental health difficulties.   


For those who may experience anxiety, stress related issues, and any other number of conditions that affect general wellbeing, we offer a friendly and fully supportive learning environment. Our courses may be used as a stepping stone to mainstream courses at Bolton College, voluntary work or employment.

Our range of professional training courses are ideal for people working in a range of settings within the public, private or voluntary sectors, who wish to raise and broaden their awareness of mental health. They are also ideal for family, friends or acquaintances of people experiencing mental health difficulties.
