Bolton College's chefs excel at Black Pudding Competition

Well done to Bolton College catering students (left to right) Ben Knight, Jodie Gifford and Sean-Paul Simm.


The trainee chefs competed in the International Wine & Food Society Northern Branch’s Black Pudding Competition.


After the initial in-College heats, Ben and Jodie travelled to Warrington & Vale Royal College for a cook-off, creating delicious dishes using Bury Black Pudding, generously supplied by the world-famous The Bury Black Pudding Company


Six colleges have participated, with the winners announced at a formal ceremony on 28th June.
