The treatment manipulates the soft tissue and muscles of the body, and stimulates the blood, the lymph system, the muscles and the nerves. The massage manipulations can have either a stimulating or relaxing effect, depending on the techniques carried out.

This course will enable you to incorporate Indian Head both in massage and in a sitting position. The massage will be shown both on the massage cough and in the sitting position and how this can be used within an office environment.
