The physical demands associated with uniformed or structured service roles.
What mental resilience is and strategies to cope with pressure or deadlines.
Experience completing a challenging task and reflecting on personal performance.
Week 5 – Career Pathways & Self‑Promotion
How skills developed in the course transfer to a wide range of job sectors.
Understanding the recruitment processes of Public Service careers.
Delivering a confident personal “elevator pitch” that highlights strengths and reliability.
