You will learn about the following topics:
* Explore a range of therapeutic arts and identify their health benefits
* Experiment with memory journaling and use mixed media to record your precious memories
* Design and make your own, miniature Zen Garden for your home
* Create a theatrical mask to express yourself as a person

How Will I Be Assessed?
Bolton College recognises the achievements of its learners by presenting them with a certificate at the end of the course, rewarding their efforts and celebrating the skills that they have acquired. As this is a non-accredited course (not a qualification) you will work towards a college certificate of achievement by passing all your agreed learning outcomes.
Entry Requirements
To join the course you MUST be 19 or over with an interest and commitment to improving your overall health and wellbeing. Regular attendance and a basic level of English skills are also required of all learners.
