How Will I Be Assessed?
You will be assessed using a 3-unit structure which will benefit you by allowing you to gain the qualification in `bite-sized’ chunks.
Entry Requirements
You need to have completed ABC Level 2 Sign Language course to progress to Skills & Education Group Awards Level 3.

Future Opportunities
Successful completion of the ABC Level 3 Award in British Sign Language (BSL) will significantly enhance your communication skills and confidence when interacting with BSL. By the end of the course, you will be able to communicate effectively in a range of everyday, social and work-related situations using British Sign Language.
This qualification also provides a clear progression route to the Level 3 Signature Certificate in British Sign Language, the qualification for those who wish to develop their signing skills further and work in environments where BSL is regularly used.

Anything Else I Need to Know?
Enrichment will be part of the course such as seeing and interpreter at the theatre, a visit to the Deaf club for Sing and Sign, visits from Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and Music and the Deaf.
English and maths classes - for adults and young people who want that grade or confidence boost.
