How Will I Be Assessed?
This an NCFE Level 1 course and all students are required to collect a portfolio of
evidence throughout the year which covers 3 units of the qualification –
• Explore available resources to develop basic craft skills
• Explore and develop ideas creatively
• Create, present and review final craft item
Written and oral feedback will be given by the tutor throughout the year.

Entry Requirements
Good general computer skills are essential – file management, using Internet etc. You will need to be able to access Photoshop at home and be prepared to practice the skills you acquire in class at home. Imagination and application of skills will ensure success.
You will be encouraged to bring your own images on a CD-Rom or a memory stick but stock images will also be available for practice of techniques.
