• Understand the importance of good practice in food safety when preparing and cooking in a kitchen environment.
• Recognise healthier preparation/cookery methods and ingredients.
• Practice and improve your skills in time management and temperature management when cooking.
• Learn to prepare popular street food dishes using wholesome ingredients.
• Understand how to create meals that are both satisfying and nutritionally balanced.
• Techniques for reducing fat, sugar, and salt without compromising flavour.
