What You'll Learn
UNITS
Throughout all units you will develop skills on Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and outlook.
Unit 1: Using devices and handling information – using devices, finding and evaluating information, managing and storing information, identifying and solving technical problems
Unit 2: Creating and editing – creating and editing documents and digital media, processing numerical data
Unit 3: Communicating – communicating, sharing and managing traceable online activities
Unit 4: Transacting – using online services, buying securely online
Unit 5: Being safe and responsible online – protecting privacy and data, being responsible online
Throughout all units you will develop skills on Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and outlook.

How Will I Be Assessed?
There are two Exam components that must be passed to achieve the qualification.
Question Paper Exam: 25 minutes covering theory questions
Practical Task Exam: 1 hour 45 minutes practical tasks covering MS word, PP, Excel and outlook
