What You'll Learn
As a Multi-Channel Marketer apprentice, you’ll learn how to bring marketing ideas to life across a range of platforms. You’ll discover how to create engaging content for social media, websites, emails, and print materials, while also learning how to plan and run campaigns that connect with different audiences. You’ll get hands-on experience using marketing tools and software, and develop your creative and analytical skills to help businesses grow their brand and reach more customers.
You’ll also learn how to understand what customers want by carrying out research and analysing data. This means you’ll be able to measure how well a campaign is doing and suggest ways to make it even better. Alongside technical skills, you’ll build confidence in working with others, managing projects, and communicating your ideas clearly—skills that are essential for a successful career in marketing.

How Will I Be Assessed?
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be supported by a dedicated work-based tutor who will guide you through a series of tasks and projects designed to help you build your Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) in line with the apprenticeship standard. These tasks will be completed in your workplace and may include written assignments, practical activities, and reflective learning, all tailored to your role and development.
At the end of your practical training period, you’ll complete an End Point Assessment (EPA). This final assessment includes a project—where you’ll showcase your marketing skills in action—and a professional interview, where you’ll discuss your work and demonstrate your understanding of the role. Successfully passing both elements is required to complete your apprenticeship

Entry Requirements
There are no formal qualifications needed to start the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship—just a keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn. This programme is ideal for individuals who are creative, curious, and eager to explore how brands communicate and grow through different marketing channels.
However, if you have not yet achieved a GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths, you will be required to complete Functional Skills Level 2 in these subjects as part of your apprenticeship. Don’t worry—support will be provided to help you achieve these essential qualifications alongside your marketing training.
