A professional discussion supported by your portfolio of evidence.
The project report is typically 3,500 words, followed by a 60-minute presentation with questioning. The professional discussion is also typically 60 minutes.
The End-Point Assessment is designed to assess your overall occupational competence and your ability to apply project management knowledge and skills to real workplace situations. You can achieve a Pass or Distinction.
You will build a portfolio of evidence throughout your apprenticeship, providing examples of how you have developed and applied the required knowledge, skills and behaviours in your role.

This programme is ideal for individuals who have completed A Levels or equivalent qualifications and are looking to develop a career in project management.
However, some employers may set their own entry requirements, such as GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications. If you have not yet achieved a GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) in these subjects, you will be required to complete Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths as part of your apprenticeship.
Don’t worry, Bolton College will provide full support to help you achieve these essential qualifications alongside your apprenticeship training.
