The very best learning environment setting is available for our Plumbing & Heating Apprentices. Our new, state of the art facility features spacious classrooms and large purpose built workshops that allow you to acquire the skills and training you need to excel in your job.

Our facilities also boast interactive whiteboards, learning resource centres kitted out with networked computers and social areas where you can enjoy a bite to eat and drink between lessons.

Courses for apprenticeships are usually delivered under a day-release arrangement that involves spending one day a week learning the supporting knowledge for your Apprenticeship and the rest of the working week with your employer.

Our qualified assessors visit you in your workplace and support you in developing a portfolio of evidence which will demonstrate your competence in your job.

We also have portfolio building sessions in which you meet your assessor and discuss the contents of your portfolio, the evidence you have collected and create an action plan to help you complete your portfolio
