Our Professional Building department has established a regional reputation for delivering high quality courses ensuring a rich, diverse and extensive learning experience.

Students are ideally placed to gain the practical and technical skills, knowledge and understanding required for a high level career in the Construction and Civil Engineering industry.

All our Professional Building courses are taught by tutors offering a wealth of specialist skills, founded on practical industry experience, and follow the BTEC programme of study. This gives students excellent standards of training and development with clear progression routes up to Degree level.

We offer courses at many levels: BTEC Certificate in Construction and the Built Environment Level 2, BTEC Subsidiary Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment Level 3; and BTEC Extended Diploma in Construction and the Built Environment Level 3.

All our Professional Build courses are taught at our Horwich campus.

You can start with us at Level 2 and continue right up to Degree level. We will give you plenty of advice along the way and support you through a range of choices that will enable you to pursue your academic and career aspirations as far as you want to go.
