Attend an employability skills course and improve your jobseeking and workplace skills. If you're receiving benefits or are on a low income you could qualify for a FREE place.

Designed to increase confidence and build workplace skills and qualities, these courses are valued by local employers and provide first-step learning into work and on to a career pathway.

If you've never had a job, are looking for a change or are returning to work after a long break, then these courses will help you prepare for job seeking, applications and interviews. Many of the courses are supported by our partners at Job Centre Plus and a range of employers. During your course, additional job seeking support is available from our onsite College Job Coach.

These courses are delivered from our friendly local community learning centres: Brownlow Fold in Halliwell; Deane & Derby off Deane Road; New Bury in Farnworth and our Deane Road campus.
