The national ‘Skills for Life and Work’ strategy in England provides support to tackle this through the provision of appropriate training and qualifications. Training is delivered by Bolton College’s experienced workplace tutors, who develop excellent working partnerships with employers, employees and union bodies. Your dedicated business advisor will work with you to identify employee needs and arrange training solutions. This type of training is usually fully funded (free to the employer) by the government.
