Signature Restaurant hosted the launch of the Bolton Food & Drink Festival 2011. The event was attended by more than 40 hoteliers, restaurateurs and local businesses and featured chefs Mike Harrison and John Benson-smith.
With 50 catering and hospitality courses on offer at Bolton College, we’re rapidly becoming a first choice for learners looking to pursue a passion in this ever popular field.
Our excellent links with the many food and drink businesses in Bolton ensure that our training is relevant to employers, who are able to provide many opportunities to our learners for work experience and future employment.
It was a natural decision for us to support the 2011 Bolton Food and Drink Festival.
