Bolton is a busy, vibrant town – and at Bolton College everything’s right on your doorstep!

There’s the buzz of change all round town at the moment as millions of pounds of investment are poured into the creation of new retail, public, education and entertainment facilities. Bolton’s always been friendly and welcoming, with plenty to see and do, but it’s about to go stellar…

Shops, pubs, clubs and restaurants abound; there are lots of places to meet up with friends for drinks and dancing or for theatre, movies and music. The nationally-acclaimed Octagon Theatre is a favourite with students – and you can get more performances for your money, thanks to your BC student status.

If you like to stay active, you could try out Bolton Lads and Girls Club, the David Lloyd Centre or even the new skate park. Venture further afield and you can take advantage of the superb Bolton Arena at Middlebrook with its football, tennis and basketball facilities in addition to the retail park – well worth the trip.

Our exciting plans for a new campus will not only place students even closer to town-centre venues, but there’ll be bigger and better facilities on site too.
